We will deliver for under 30 people and catering starts at 31 and up. We require 48 hours' notice for events with 30 guests or more. Tax and gratuity will be added. Catering will have a 90% guarantee and a 10% service charge added to the bill.
We set up buffet style and supply all events with disposable plates, cutlery, and cups.
Milage will be added to parties out of the Odessa/Midland area at $2.75 per mile both ways. We use a 26-foot box trailer in order to have an inside serving line that protects our food from the sun and some dirt. Your food will not be placed on a table in the sun and swirling dirt. Please keep us in mind for your in town and location type caterings.
